At CrystalSpheree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward Refund and Returns Policy.
Return Policy
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping offer, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@crystalspheree.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
