2. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.
- Payments are processed immediately after an order is placed, and you will receive an order confirmation email once the payment has been successfully processed.
- We do not store or retain any sensitive payment information. All transactions are securely handled by our payment processor.
3. Billing Information
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing information when placing an order. This includes the correct billing address associated with your payment method.
- If there is an issue with the billing information provided, such as incorrect address details, the order may be delayed or canceled.
4. Sales Tax
- Sales tax will be applied to orders based on the shipping address and the local tax rate. The applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout.
5. Payment Authorization
- By providing your payment details, you authorize Opulent Sparks to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.
- If your payment is declined for any reason, we will notify you, and your order will not be processed until a valid payment method is provided.
6. Order Cancellations and Refunds
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Refunds for canceled orders or returns will be processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
